Experienced Personal Lines Customer Service



Job Description

Looking for an experienced personal lines customer service rep for an established Farmers Agent in San Jose. The right candidate process's the skill and attitude to work in a face paced office with the willingness to help us grow. Minimum of 5 years of experience required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain client accounts
  • Handle new and renewal business, negotiate with the carrier for pricing
  • Prepare and present proposals and summaries of insurance
  • Issue Binders, invoices and certificate of insurance
  • Handle client payments
Job Qualifications
  • Current Agent Insurance License
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance to include Auto/Home/Life Insurance
  • Knowledge of Farmers Computer System
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Bi-lingual(Spanish) a plus
Salary negotiable. 2 weeks paid vacation and medical insurance offered.
