  • Rate of Pay $42.00/hour + shift diffs
  • Flexibility to work at any Baylor Health Care System Operating Room ( OR ).
  • *401K - dollar for dollar match up to 5 % with immediate eligibility to enroll

Requirements
  • Minimum required of 4 shifts per month
  • Must float across at least 3 facilities
  • Holiday requirement = 1 major and 2 minor holidays
  • 3 years of Current Operating Room experience in an RN Scrub or Circulating Role is Required - those that both Scrub and Circulate are preferred.
  • Current Texas RN License
  • CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Assocation is required
  • CNOR certification is preferred
  • Those with experience in several or various specialites are highly preferred
  • At this time, current Baylor employees are NOT eligible to sign-up for the RN PRN Resource Pool in a secondary or ternary position. If you are a current employee the Resource Pool will have to become your primary position.
