    Roles and Responsibilities: This position has responsibility and authority for: Assisting the sales representatives in providing physicians and OR personnel with information on new productsProviding clinical surgical support by operating all Intuitive Surgical equipment Anticipating related device needs of the OR staff and surgeon during robotic procedures Trouble-shooting and maintaining Intuitive Surgical's equipment Working with surgeons, patients, OR personnel, central processing, biomedical and all other related personnel Maintaining knowledge base of equipment and disposable products Accurately recording and reporting surgical procedure information for billing and invoice purposes Adhering to hospital policies, standards and procedures Recommending and initiating preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities Competency Requirements: (Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience.) In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must: Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1-3 years related experienceExerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Must be able to review printed materials Strong communication skills Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.) Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines and procedures Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgment Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.) Strong analytical skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent equipment problem-solving skills Superb organizational skills Has professional work ethic and attitude Respects patient confidentiality APPLY TO THIS JOB HERE
