Our Practice
Founded by President Chip Nagle, Nagle & Associates has offices in Atlanta, Georgia and
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition to our retained executive search practice, which
focuses on executive and physician leadership, our Atlanta-based clinical placement
practice, outlined in this brochure, focuses primarily on nurses, clinical leadership, and
mid-level practitioners (PAs and NPs). The majority of our time is spent on engagements
with hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, and physician groups.
Kevin Hendrickson, the senior vice president who directs our clinical placement practice,
possesses well over 25 years of networking experience within the healthcare niche. Further,
he has personal knowledge of the industry from both an inside and outside perspective,
serving in both operational, consulting and clinical capacities.
