Caddie Master Jobs and Profile

CADDIEMASTER was founded by Mike Granuzzo outside of Washington, DC in March of 1993. As a part-time caddie during his college years, Mike experienced first-hand the inadequacies of caddie program management. With the lack of standards for performance, behavior, attitude, appearance, and leadership, Mike set out to take a positive, professional, and proactive approach to caddie management. By doing so, this would not only enhance the golf experience for hundreds of thousands of golfers per year, but it would also help sustain and perhaps even improve the existence of caddies in the game of golf.

This was the vision in 1993, and continues to be today. As a result, CADDIEMASTER has single handedly created over 1,500 new caddie positions, significantly improved the golf experience for hundreds of thousands of players per year, and played a tremendous role in bringing back the caddie to our great game.
