The York County School of Technology is the largest comprehensive technical school in Pennsylvania.  We offer a strong academic foundation coupled with state-of-the-art technical skills training to approximately 1,500 students in grades nine through twelve from fourteen member school districts in South-Central Pennsylvania.  We are dedicated to providing students with the skills they need to SUCCEED in a safe, stimulating atmosphere.

Three Career Academies - Arts & Human Services, Engineering/Construction and Manufacturing/Transportation - create small school-within-a-school environments.  Teachers are expected to "think outside the box" and create interdisciplinary, integrated academic and technical activities for all students.  The diversity of our student populations mandate creative teaching strategies.
