 Hospice of Palm Beach County is a not-for-profit organization located in South Florida. We provide comprehensive services that meet every need of patients with advanced illness and their families. Care is provided in homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals or in our six inpatient units.
Interdisciplinary teams include hospice physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, pharmacists, social workers, spiritual care counselors, music therapists, integrative care therapists, bereavement counselors and volunteers. Full bereavement support is offered to Hospice families and the community. Multi-cultural teams serve the African-American, Hispanic and Haitian communities, and other ethnic groups.
