The SAECO Group, LLC, was founded by Senior Corporate executives who have all experienced career changes caused by corporate buy-outs, mergers, downsizing, re-organization, forced retirement, acquisitions, etc. This occurred when these executives were at the top of their career and skill level with 20 to 30 years of professional experience.
They were guided and advised by a Senior Executive and Regional CEO with 44 years of experience at a premier staffing corporation which operated both within the United States and Canada. It was one of the largest employment firms in the United States.
It was recognized by the SAECO Group that today, many professional areas in both large and small corporations have lost their most experienced and well-trained employees. The SAECO Group was created to bring Experienced Professionals, with all of their know-how and experience, back to the workplace. Experienced Professionals typically have 20 to 30 and more years of experience in specific areas and can provide to their employers unmatched technical skill and practical knowledge. Due to the increasing "Boomer" generation, the demographics of the workplace are changing!
