Ziva was incorporated in 2002 in Delaware by pioneers in optoelectronics. The founders have over 100 years of combined R&D experience and have led and participated in over $50M of focused research in optical based systems for defense and commercial applications and over $250M in venture capital funded optical components and products. Ziva develops advanced concepts and prototype of these concepts for defense and commercial applications in the area of optoelectronics and communications. Projects are being conducted in the following areas: § Ultra high bit rate optical communication in fiber networks § All optical encryption of fiber based and free space communication § Fast scanners WFOV systems § Foveated vision optics for tactical surveillance § Ultra-high speed VCSELs R&D contracts have/are been conducted for Army, Navy, Air Force and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. |
