Books Are Fun serves over 70,000 schools, 50,000 businesses, 20,000 early learning centers, 12,000 corporations, and numerous hospitals, universities, government offices, and non-profit organizations across the United States and Canada.

Since 1990, Books Are Fun, in conjunction with its independent reps, has been responsible for the donation of over 3 million books, worth an estimated $50 million, to schools and early learning centers.

Books Are Fun programs have raised millions of dollars for employee programs and charities. In 1998, the National Head Start Association honored Books Are Fun for it's efforts to promote literacy in the United States. Based in the Heartland of America, Books Are Fun has over 350 employees at corporate headquarters in Fairfield, Iowa and over 900 representatives throughout North America.
