Founders Joel Cooperman and Niles Citrin were in their twenties when they left an established public accounting firm to follow their own dreams and visions. So they know firsthand what it's like to start from the ground-up, develop a business plan, create budgets, struggle to pay suppliers and collect receivables. And they ultimately built a successful firm that is currently ranked the top 37th CPA firm in the country. Because we focus on closely-held businesses and don't audit public companies, we give you and your business the attention you need and deserve. Our 36 partners and nearly 160 professionals and administrative staff work in a variety of industries and disciplines, however we have developed special expertise in these areas:
The Firm has three offices, all located within in the Tri-state area. Our headquarters are located in mid-town Manhattan and we also have offices in Springfield, New Jersey and White Plains, New York.
