For 260 years, Paciulli, Simmons & Associates has provided quality engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental services for a broad range of public and private clients. With offices in Fairfax and Leesburg, Virginia, our staff of almost 80 has the capability and expertise to provide civil engineering, land planning, landscape architecture, environmental science, wetland science, GIS, and surveying services.
