Citistaffing is a newly established staffing agency created as a partnership by four women with over 70 years of recruiting experience combined. CitiStaffing provides both permanent and temporary administrative support staff at all levels and in all industries. Our primary focus is all levels of administrative support including: receptionists, administrative assistants and executive assistants in all industries, from advertising and fashion to finance and consulting. We also specialize in support positions particular to specific industries, such as: coordinators, assistant account executive and account executives in advertising, public relations, entertainment and marketing industries; trading floor and registered sales assistants to financial companies; merchandising, production and sales support to the fashion industries; and sales and marketing assistants to magazine and book publishing companies; graphic and presentation specialists, as well as IT training and support personnel.
