WSCI, formerly known as Summit Constructors, was founded in 1981.

In 1993, WSCI joined TIC Holdings, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary, allowing mutual benefits from its association while still functioning independently. With controlled growth and excellent people, WSCI has continued to expand and currently operates their corporate office in Denver, CO with regional offices in Atlanta, GA; San Diego, CA; and Houston, TX.
