Rainbow Child Development Center has provided a "home away from home" for working families for nearly 20 years. Currently we operate 40 centers thoughout IN, KY, MI, NJ & OH. Our employees have set the foundation and standards within the company. RCDC offers quality care for children between the ages of six weeks and six years. Some of our facilities offer before/after school care, up to the age of 12. As teachers and care givers, our goal is to achieve a sense of continuity between home and center. We believe it is important for children to maintain a familiar and comfortable routine. Through parent/teacher communication, we individualize each child's care and learning opportunities.
