Maintenance Tech

Maintenance is the backbone of great customer service.  Whether it’s getting an apartment “White Glove” ready for move-in or making a repair in a resident’s home, our techs exceed industry standards. We offer 39 different training classes free of charge, including how to trouble-shoot and repair air-conditioners and appliances. There are significant pay increases as you progress from Level 1 tech all the way to a Level 3 tech. If you are mechanically inclined, love fixing things correctly and care about customers, this is the perfect job for you.
