Abercrombie & fitch manager-in-training program versus model/brand rep?
Asked by run baby run dont ever look back
is the manager-in-training program at abercrombie & fitch the same as working as a model/brand rep there? i fold clothes, greet people, work as cashier, stock inventory, things like that, so am i a model/brand rep or am i a manager-in-training..are the two same or completely different? if i work like this for a year, do i automatically get into the manager-in-training program or is that something i have to interview for separately? can someone provide some details about the manager-in-training program? what do you do everyday?

Best Answer:
i hope the management training program is not the same as a model/brand rep. usually a management training program goes through all aspects of running the store: scheduling, hiring, interviewing, opening/closing the store, being the manager on duty, cash/deposit functions. what you described are duties of the associates not the managers.
