im trying to apply for a promotion (sales operations manager/ i will handle supervisors and we have clients from various company )

never tell stafff to do something you ask them and never. ask them to do something you can,t and never be afraid to get your hands dirty ,also do not lead from the front, you need to lead from the rear . just like sailing a boat so you can see where people are going wrong !!!

If you're asking us, then maybe you shouldn't get the promotion. Do you not know how you're gong to increase sales?
