Interview next week with vice president?
Asked by fozzie
I have an interview next week for a supervisor position at another bank branch, with the bank that I currently work at. I thought that I would just be interviewing with branch management, but it turns out that I'm going to be interviewing with the vice president for the entire region. This has now made me EXTREMELY nervous. Does this seem strange to you since I've worked with this company for quite a few years? Any tips to keep me from screwing it up?

Just be yourself and have confidence in your abilities. Obviously your work ethic and quality is good or they wouldn't have given you an interview in the first place. And always remember, VP doesn't mean anything. That person had to interview to get that position just like you are. It's not an exhaulted position or anything. It's just a paycheck. Be confident and keep your head up. You will do fine.

a tip would be not to flirt with the person that you are getting interviewed by!!! trust me it doesn't work.
