Since you have a degree in business, you can try business development and supervisory positions, work for promotions in the bank. Unless you have some experience with accounting or have an accounting degree from a top university, you can't get any accounting jobs. Also with your years of experience in the bank your pay could be quite high, why quit? I suggest you stick with your old job, or something you are best at.

A:
You will most likely need a degree in accounting. Accounting is a very task-specific occupation and the degree in accounting is almost a requirement.
