How long till a person may no longer call themself a "Recent college grad"?

The standard is two years. This means within your first two years of working after graduation. So if you start a job immediately upon graduation, at 2 years you are no longer a new grad. If it takes you 6 months to find your first job after graduation, it's 2.5 years from gradution then you are no longer a "new grad".

after you get your first post college fulltime job, you shouldn;t need to use that description anymore or no more than one yr after graduation, whichever comes first
