Asked by slamdunker3
Either in the states of, North Carolina, Kansas, Texas,or illinois And in wich state do you think I would have the most success?

Best Answer:
most success, probably texas if you're gonna get into flood insurance and/or hurricane stuff.. and yes, it's a good idea to get this. Insurance is like hair cutters (barbers) or food stores. Everyone needs what u have to offer, and even if u sell it to a client once, they still may come back to you over and over again, as their needs change
I am a life, health, and annuity registered agent in the states of NY and OH. good luck

I would say no because a lot of these people do not hire new graduates... Try a recession proof industry such as anything in the Medical Field

No. That's a terrible idea. MSN just published an article about 10 careers that require a 2-year degree and what the projected growth for each one is. Here is the link to the article. http://msn.careerbuilder.com/custom/msn/careeradvice/viewarticle.aspx?articleid=1557&SiteId=cbmsnhp41557&GT1=23000&cbRecursionCnt=1&cbsid=73415e8d8c874570b6794e98c2a22519-270033005-KE-5

Insurance is something that is a good thing to get into no matter what the economy is doing! Homes, cars, just about everything requires insurance. Just remember that it is sales, and that means you have to communicate with potential clients. Pick the state you are from! Insurance is just what the name says, people are not comfortable trusting people that sound different from themselves!
