How can i get a job as someone's telecommuting phone secretary?

I remember reading an article a while back about a website that paid people to be a kind of secretary for their clients. Basically, that person's calls would be forwarded to you and you would make appointments, or answer questions or whatever else secretaries do. This sounds like an interesting job but i can't remember the name of the website that does this. I think i threw away the magazine that i read about this in too. does anyone know what i'm talking about?
