How does a sex offender get a job?

I was 44 and had sex with a minor. I want to get my life back and get a decent job. I've had a tough time getting a job, how should I go about doing it?
BTW: I'm hairy, ugly, live in the bushes, and sometimes I pop out.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
And yes you're right, I have urges that can't be suppressed. I will confirm all your fears, I am the ULTIMATE sex offender.

On application forms it always asks if you have previous convictions, and if you don't put down your previous convictions then you are breaking the law again.
