It is still illegal to discriminate based on sex, religion or race but sexual orientation was never on the federal list. I believe it is on the list in twelve states and DOC. Also, illegal is one thing but will the DOJ prosecute? Not with the Bush junta in control.

A:
no, it is not legal

I think it wouldn't be legal for someone to discriminate against others. However, corporations find ways to go around. Darn loopholes.

A:
No its not legal, any type of discrimination (although sexual orientation im not too sure on) is illegal but its up to the person who believes they were discriminated against to prove that that is the case which is pretty tough unless the employer outright said it.

Technically it is illegal (would be differcult to prove) but legally any company can hire who they want.
