From the job point of view, please opt for Commerce Bank

Regular schedule is usually much better than a floating teller, so if the schedule is decent, I would take Commerce.
However, Commerce is one of the only banks that is open 7 dyas a week and works non-bankers hours, so make sure the regular schedule is decent.
Still, even if Wachovia pays you mileage, it probably won't cover all your driving expenses with the current price of gas, and it is nice knowing your set schedule.

by roving - does that mean you would be working at multiple locations? If yes - they probably will not be paying your gas expense and gas could soon be up to $4.00/gal and tellers don't get paid that much - the work is the same at any bank, pick the one closest to your house
