What is a good salary for a Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing (Pharmaceuticals) in Kuala Lumpur?

We are a small US based Pharmaceutical company with business in the pacific rim. The Senior Manager for sales would be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and cover Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

I would say $85,000 USD base plus commission. Be sure to negotiate your relocation package to include move, housing, transportation and schooling if you have children. Also, include tickets to fly back to the states at least twice a year to visit family. Good luck to you!
