Where would I find information on how to have a successful Sales Mangers meeting?

In a couple of weeks, I have a meeting scheduled with 5 of our retail managers. I need a good 2-3 hours and don't want to bore them. I want it to be informative, yet fun and exciting. How can I have a successful staff meeting and give them something to walk away with feeling like it was worth their time? P.S. I am their regional manager and this is my first retail sales meeting with them.
