I am considering to study for IT Project Manager, but i am not sure what they do in there. can some body tell me what they do in that job.?

It is what the name implies:
you would be a project manger for a computer based project.
The job requires staffing the project
keeping timecards
ahereing to the contract
ordering supplies
training staff (setting up training)
acting as mediator for contract gray areas and "new" problems
updating staff on contract requirements
generally you would control a few small projects all at one time or one bigger one if you are good.
