I currently work in the oilfield now as a Flow Hand, but want to work offshore. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are in the UK try to find with recruiters in Aberdeen,Scotland. Being the Oil capital of Europe there are more chances of you finding a job here. All the best with your job hunt
