What does a computer assessment contain for a wireless company & why was I asked to bring my resume?

I just had a phone interview today and then I was asked to come down to take a computer assessment and to bring my resume. Does that mean they will interview me? They initially obtained my resume online when I applied. Also what should I expect in this second interview? Any tips? I should also add that it is for a customer care rep job at a call center. I'm going to the call center for the test. I've done call center work before but it's been awhile since I interviewed and tested about 6 years! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Normally, for a wireless company, they are hiring salesperson, the computer assessment will give you some question to determine if you are a right sales person, for example, are you a team-player? How do you feel comfortable talk to costumer? and do you enjoy sales? The result will come in soon after you finish the exam, the company will let you know if you pass or not, for the interview part, it really depends on the store manager or assistant manager, they will decide which day will be good to interview.

It's depends on the position you are applying for. I would imagine it is a customer service / behavioral assessment which is very common these days. Expect an in person interview and bring your resume so the interviewer can use it as a guide for the conversation. Really want to dazzle them? Bring a cover letter!
