As a first semester LVN student, how do I get a job in a hospital?

San Diego East county. Seems like all the hospitals want people with experience or they want RN students. I don't care what position I get in a hospital as long as I can get my foot in the door.

Apply for non-licensed positions. Techs, transporters, unit coordinators, admission/registration clerks, file clerks, dietary, housekeeping, central supply, lab... there's a job out there, I promise! If there truly isn't, you could always volunteer.
