How does someone that has had lots of banking experience but no mngt experience start as a branch manager?
Asked by Kristy
I have had a couple years teller experience and assistant head teller experience, I have had about 2 1/2 years of customer service experience and loan officer experience, and I have my insurance licenses and I'm a notary. I have coached and helped fellow employees but most Branch Manager positions require at least two years direct mngt. How do I get that If I can't find an entry level? Any suggestions..of how to get mngt experience or of any banks that have entry level managers???
