Do insurance company's hire people and then give them training in the Field of insurance claims adjuster?

yes. absolutely. if you are a good communicator and have a degree in a related field. Another way to get in is to start in a call center in an insurance company. This is true in Australia at least, but I am refering to international companies

Yes they do. They do prefer a college graduate with decent grades. They will send you to training.
